These terms govern your use of RidgeLine, a CRM platform for field sales and service teams provided by TradeLine (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to them. If your organization has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement governs and these terms supplement it.
Your account
RidgeLine accounts are provisioned by an organization. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Access is granted by your organization and may be changed or revoked by it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access data you are not authorized to access, or attempt to bypass access controls;
- interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service;
- use the service to violate any law or the rights of others.
Your data
Content you enter belongs to your organization. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display it to deliver the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
API access and integrations
Organizations can enable integrations or issue API credentials to third parties they trust (for example, a marketing agency). Anyone accessing the platform through an API key or integration may use the data only to provide services to the authorizing organization, must protect it with reasonable safeguards, and must not sell it, use it for data brokering, or use it for third-party ad targeting or building advertising profiles. The organization is responsible for the third parties it authorizes and should revoke access that is no longer needed.
Service availability & changes
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, TradeLine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
